ALERT! Fake Facebook page is using the name of a POEA registered agency. Unfortunately, this facebook page has managed to dupe a lot of people as of posting time.

Flora Isabelle of https://floraisabelle.wordpress.com/ recently posted about this fake job advert last August 11, 2015. She sent an email about the job advert on July 2015. The fake page used real names of people, companies and other agencies. Flora was conned into paying Php 3,700 for a seminar that would supposedly help her nab the job offer. She was baited into paying the amount as the scammers kept on texting her that the slots for the December 2015 deployment was dwindling. Unfortunately, after sending the money she got another message asking for another payment because the agency didn't receive anything. This prompted Flora to search for the company instead and found the real page of Studio 85 Promotions.
Her conversation with the owner however yielded minimal results as she was told that there was nothing to be done. In fact she was admonished not to trust job adverts and she was reminded of the saying "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is." The page has since been reported unfortunately on December 3, 2015, a new page cropped up and as of posting time, it has garnered almost 70,000 shares with hundreds of comments asking about the job advert.
