A December 2017 update just installed several apps on my Note 8. The patchnotes were not clear on that and most importantly I had automatic updates ticked on.
The apps installed are as follows
Empire
Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire
Games Club
Legacy (of discord)
Tribe
True Booster
Yahoo Mail
I was suspicious of the 800mb update but it was already downloaded so I decided to install it. I was surprised at the heavy bloatware it came with.
This sets a precedent. What if Samsung will keep on installing apps without permission in every update?
This is a bad move of Samsung and I'm pissed!
